Recently I watched a programme about paternity testing. It followed several couples as they had DNA tests carried out on their children to establish whether the person who they thought was the father, actually was.
During the programme, it was revealed that in actual fact, 1 in 3 women are unsure as to the paternity of their children, and 1 in 7 actually has a different father to the man they call daddy.
So why is it that so many women seem to take the risk and be unaware of who the father of their children is? And to the guys, has it ever occurred to you that you per chance have children out there that you don’t know about?
this really surprises me. Not that there could be many men who don't know they have kids out there, but that so many women take these risks. I'm a little shocked.
Those are incredible statistics! I'm shocked, how sad.
